Right of withdrawal
You have the right to take possession of this contract within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, the goods (or the last goods in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial consignments or pieces), or from the date of conclusion of the contract, in the case of digital content, which are not delivered on a physical medium (e.g. CDs or DVDs), revoke without giving reasons.
You can complete and submit your declaration electronically in accordance with the explanations and forms you receive in the Online Return Centre, you can contact supertransac or use this sample withdrawal form. If you use the online return centre, supertransac will immediately send you (e.g. by email) a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period and that you have returned the goods within the period defined below via the supertrasac Online Return Centre or directly to supertransac Return Centre, Nowa Wies Uiska 56c Uiscie 64-850 PL

Consequences of revocation:
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments you have made will be refunded to you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered). This repayment will be made immediately and at the latest, subject to the situations listed below, within fourteen days from the date on which supertransac receives notification of your cancellation of this contract. This refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. No fee will be charged for the repayment. Refund may be refused until supertransac has received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform supertransac of the cancellation of this contract, via the supertransac Online Return Centre or directly to supertransac Return Centre, supertransacNowa Wies Uiska 56c Uiscie 64-850 PL . The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. You have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euro or if you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of revocation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be shipped by parcel will be collected from you. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist. expires under the following contracts:
for the supply of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery or which have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
have been delivered in a sealed package for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software and the seal has been removed after delivery;
for the delivery of goods that are manufactured to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;
for the delivery of goods that can perish quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
In the case of services, if we have provided them in full and you have taken note of and expressly agreed before placing your order that we can begin to provide the service and you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract;
- for the delivery of digital content (including apps, digital software, eBooks, MP3, etc.) that is not delivered on a physical medium (e.g. CD or DVD), if you have expressly agreed to the start of execution prior to ordering and at the same time confirmed that we can start execution and you lose your right of withdrawal, as soon as execution has begun;
for the supply of newspapers, magazines or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts; and
for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the purchase contract, but whose delivery can only take place after 30 days and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence.
