Shipping Information

Dear customer, we welcome you to the Supertransac shop. If you have additional questions, please contact us and we will be at your service. Here are the most common problems and comments:

1. Products will be shipped from Germany and Poland in 1-4 days.
2. We will send the package that day if you place your order before 10 am. After 10am the parcel will be dispatched the next day. On weekdays, we will update the tracking number within 24 hours. On weekends we will update the tracking number on the following Monday.

3.Make sure your current address is available and all information is correct, and you must include your house number! 

4. We use DPD, DHL to send the parcels.

5.If you have any problems with your parcel, please contact us, otherwise the returned parcel will be considered unknown, which may result in the loss of the parcel.
